St. Anthony's reservation calendar is scheduled on a first come first served basis. A deposit of $1,000.00 is required to secure a date. Deposits will not be refunded six months prior to your event, unless the facility can be re-rented. We do not guarantee the facility will be re-rented. All fees must be paid in full no later than seven days prior to the event. The primary renter is responsible for any damages to equipment or property, and would be subject to charges.
The large hall can accommodate up to 350 people for dinner and dance and up to 100 people in the small hall for dinner only. The outside patio can seat up to 50 people or standing up to 200 people. The facility is available for rental on Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. to Midnight, with last call for drinks at 11:00 p.m.. On Sunday, it can be rented at a reduced rate and without a deposit from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Decorations such as streamers or hanging objects are not permitted in either of the facilities. Staples, nails, tape or any fastening adhesive substance may not be used on walls, ceilings, railings, poles, or on wood surface parts of the stage or doors. Archways, gazebos and helium balloon arrangements are permitted, as long as they are not attached to walls or ceilings. Votive candles are permitted as part of a table decoration, and must be smaller than container. Candelabras, lamps, rice, confetti or any type of candle with an open flame is not permitted.
